The biggest impact on the CZ – House project by Tamizo Architects in Łódź (Poland) was a plot on which the newly designed investment would stand.
The existing access road (here in the south), forced the home layout with some kind of outdoor patio in front of the building. Designating the boundaries of the patio wall also separates the house from a public road, as well as ensuring the privacy of its residents.
This solution also allowed to fill the daily zone of the house by the sunlight from the south – the most sunny side.
Private part of the house is located in the depths of the plot, which provides even greater comfort, lighting a bedroom interior from the east and views of the beautiful forest in the neighborhood increase the attractiveness of the interior.
One of the many guidelines for investors was to avoid a closed garage for cars, so that the flat roof block covering the building solid was suspended outside it’s contour and hanged over the area which is designed to be the parking placehre.
