Ahn Sun Mi, young Korean photographer, presents a poetic and dreamlike universe of self-portraits, exploring a world between dream and reality. Nostalgia of a childhood rocked by fairy tales and her voluptuous quest of her own femininity are the essence of her inspiration.
Sun Mi depicts a quiet and poetic universe, with her own image in levitation, drawn to this unknown journey in the infinite space of her own sexuality.
Not abandoning her familiar world of childhood, it seems that bright colors, toys of the past, soap bubbles, teddy bears, umbrellas and wigs want to make the trip with her, in search for a feminine maturity.
More than just a medium, photography has become an integration space for her, floating between two cultures (Korean and French), but also between two times in life.
